Pete is the fourth generation Schlenker at the helm of a Hamburg landmark. Pete has been involved with the dealership in one capacity or another for twenty years. Pete and his wife Melissa live right here in Hamburg along with their two children. Darian, their eight year old daughter is a third grader at Hamburg Elementary and Cole, their six year old son is a first grader at Upper Berne Elementary.
Pete is a graduate of Hamburg Area High School and "The" Penn State University. Prior to the car business Pete was in diapers, as he has grown up in and around the car business.
When Pete isn't at the dealership (which isn't often) he enjoys spending time with his family. He is also a very big Penn State Football Fan! For some reason he likes the San Francisco 49ers and the Duke Blue Devils. When he isn't watching sports he likes to play golf, basketball, paintball,and go hunting and fishing.

44, that's Forty-four years!! That's how long Larry Reichert has been a huge part of the Schlenker family. Larry joined Schlenker Ford directly out of high school (thanks to his good penmanship) and has been an integral part of our dealership ever since. Larry lives in Lenhartsville with his wife, Linda. Linda works for Leesport Financial. Larry and Linda have two children, their daughter, Karen Bohn is employed at King's Pharmacy, while their son Eric is a Guidance Counselor for Lehman School District.
When not at work Larry enjoys going on vacations and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Larry will be receiving an award for Thirty-eight years of Accounting Excellence from Ford Motor Company this year. Larry attributes this to his excellent support staff, for their great support over the years.

Deb is another in a long line of Schlenker employees that have been a part of our family for many years. Deb is here with us for over eighteen years! Deb lives in Hamburg with her husband Dean, they have two children. Amanda, their daughter, is a student at Wilkes University majoring in pharmacy. Jared, their son is a sophomore at Hamburg Area High School. Deb's family is everything to her, so when not at work she tries to spend as much time as possible with them. She also enjoys taking walks, sewing and enjoys reading when she can fit it into her hectic schedule.
Deb is a graduate of Hamburg Area High School, she worked for Hamburg Savings and Trust Co. prior to working here at Schlenker Ford.
Deb enjoys working at Schlenker Ford because it is a "family oriented atmosphere...a caring customer related business".

Cheryl has been a part of the Schlenker family since 1996. She came to us after working as a mortgage processor. Cheryl and her loving husband Dale live in Kutztown, PA. Cheryl has four children, her son Thomas currently at home is a member of the Army National Guard and is a Calvary Scout. She also has three daughters Michele, Dianna and Julie. Cheryl has also been blessed with seven beautiful grandchildren.
Cheryl is graduate of Northwestern High School and Allentown Business School. When not at work she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and walking her German Shepherd "Lady" around town with her husband. Cheryl also enjoys cross stitch, reading and spending time with the family watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Glenn joined the Schlenker family on September 1, 2007. Glenn brings sixteen years of car sales experience to the dealership. Glenn and his wife Kristen live in West Lawn, PA along with their four sons (actually two sons and two dogs). Jordan, 17, is a junior at Wilson High School and currently working toward becoming an auto technician at Berks Career and Technical School. Jeremy, 13, is currently in seventh grade at Wilson Southern Junior High.
Glenn is a graduate of High Point Baptist Academy in Geigertown, PA and is also a graduate of the U. S. Army Infantry School in Fort Benning, GA. Glenn spent six years as a member of the National Guard and was based in Kutztown. Prior to working in the car business, Glenn worked construction.
Glenn is very big sports fan, especially when it comes to his Philly teams, especially the Eagles. When not watching sports he enjoys kayaking, biking and hanging out on the deck with his wife and kids.

Mark started with the Schlenker family in August of 2007. Mark brings five years of automotive experience with him. Mark and his wife Jen live in a new home in Maidencreek, PA along with their two children. Jen is a teacher for the Reading School District while their daughter Taylor, is a student at Fleetwood Elementary and their son Brady is three years old.
Mark is a graduate of Oley Valley and the PGA Golf Academy. Prior to entering the car business Mark worked as a golf pro for twelve years.
When not at work Mark enjoys all types of sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys (UGH!). He is also a large North Carolina Tar Heels fan. It ought to be fun around here with Pete a Duke fan and Mark a UNC fan, come tournament time. Mark also enjoys family vacations and spending time with his kids.

Charlie joined the Schlenker family over eleven years ago. The longest tenured sales person, Charlie brings 15 years experience to our sales floor. Charlie and his wife Evelyn live in New Ringgold. Evelyn works as an RN for Bayada Nursing Association. They are the proud parents of Kimberly and Amanda both graduates of Blue Mountain High School. Charlie and Evelyn are also very proud grandparents to Paige and Haley.
Charlie is also a graduate of Blue Mountain High School. When not at work he enjoys hunting and spends many hours on his Christmas tree farm, getting the trees ready for the next season.
Charlie likes the atmosphere at Schlenker Ford as well as the people he deals with and his co-workers.

Frank joined the Schlenker family in February of 2004, he has spent all of his time in the car business here with us at Schlenker Ford. Frank and his wife Sharon live in Fleetwood along with their two children. Melony their daughter is a student at Temple University studying physical therapy, and their son Frank is a student in his fourth year at University of Sciences of Philadelphia studying pharmacy.
Frank is a graduate of Daniel Boone High School in Birdsboro. Prior to working in the car business he was a supervisor in a CNC machine shop.
Frank is a HUGE fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. He is also an avid hunter, enjoys snowmobiles and fishing. If it has to do with the outdoors Frank is all over it.

Jeremy joined the Schlenker family in September of 2004. He brings a strong automotive background as he was the manager of a local, truck accessories store. Jeremy and his wife, Daniela, live in North Manheim Township along with their children, Noah 4 and Daisy 2.
Jeremy is a graduate of Pottsville High School. When Jeremy isn't at work he is usually still working, he enjoys fixing things and rebuilding things.

Marvin joined the Schlenker family in the fall of 2006. Marvin brings seventeen years of car sales experience to our dealership, spending most of that time in Minnesota. Marvin and his wife Sharon reside in Shoemakersville.
Marvin has three children, two girls and one boy ages twenty-seven, twenty-two and nine.
Marvin graduated from Coon Rapids High School and Hennepin Technical College. He also attended some classes at the University of Minnesota. (GO GOPHERS!)
Prior to working in the car business Marvin was a mechanical drafter for ten years.
When Marvin isn't at the dealership, he enjoys word puzzles, scrabble, sudoku's, crosswords, various trivia challenges as well as chess. Marvin is also an avid fan of the Minnesota Twins and the Vikings (hey, at least it's not the Cowboy's).

Schlenker Ford would like to welcome it's newest member! Steve Heckman. Welcome Aboard Steve!
Steve is a Hamburg native for all his life. Attended Hamburg High, where he then went on to work for and retire from Carpenter Steel after thirty years.
Steve is married 39 years to his beautiful wife Pamela. Steve has two children, son Jody and daughter Jacey. Steve is also the proud grandfather of Alex who is sixteen, Gabriel twelve, Evin eleven and Katie nine.
Steve is still partial owner of a family run business from right here in Hamburg. "Hecky's Sub Shop" home of the best Cheese Steaks in Berks County.
Steve would like to invite his friends in to say "Hello" and help him get started with the next chapter in his life.

John has been an integral part of our service department since 2000. He and his wife Jill along with their dog Woody live in Shartelsville. John makes a demanding job seem easy, as he is always ready to take on the next challenge.
John is a graduate of Berks Career and Technology Center and also attended the Reading Police Academy.
When John isn't at work he enjoys riding his motorcycle, hunting and cowboy action shooting.

Jim joined the Schlenker family in 2003. He and his wife Lorrie make their home in Bernville, PA. We are also very excited about their first child, which is due in March. Congratulations!
Jim is a graduate of Hamburg Area High School, Penn College and Reading Area Community College. Prior to working in the car business, Jim was involved in landscape design.
When Jim is not at work he loves anything to do with the outdoors.

Rodney is one of the long time family members here at Schlenker Ford as he has been with us for twenty-two years. Rodney has a total of thirty-five years in the car business. He lives right here in Hamburg, PA. Rodney has a daughter, Tara, and two grandchildren.
Rodney is another in a long line of Hamburg High School graduates that work here at Schlenker Ford. When not at work Rodney enjoys antiques.
Rodney likes working for Schlenker Ford because, as he says, he is working with "good friends".

Wilson has been a part of the Schlenker family for seven years and he has been in the car business "for too long" as he likes to say. Wilson and his wife Michelle live in Lenhartsville, PA. They have three sons Storm, Luke and Aaron. Wilson also has a couple dogs, Brandy and Penny.
Wilson is a graduate of Kutztown High School. When not at work, Wilson enjoys knocking back the occasional cold one or two...

Brian joined the Schlenker family over four years ago. Brian is a Hamburg resident and has a sister, Denise Romig and two brothers Todd and Daniel Werley. Brian is, yet another, graduate of Hamburg Area High School here at Schlenkers.
Brian likes to go hunting when he's not at work, as well as, mountain biking, camping, and working on his motorcycle. Brian is also a collector of tools and railroad artifacts.

Josh came on board with Schlenker in 2006, after being in the car business for about a year and a half. Josh is one of three children that lives right here in good ole' Hamburg, PA.
Josh is a graduate of The King's Academy High School and Universal Technical Institute. Josh loves sports and while not at work he enjoys hunting, the outdoors, especially four-wheeling.

Peter joined the Schlenker family two and half years ago. He has spent all of his time in the car business right here with us. Peter lives in New Tripoli and is following in the footsteps of his grandfather who was a mechanic for forty years. Peter is the youngest of three brothers.

Ernie joined the Schlenker family in August of 2003. Ernie started with us on the sales floor and worked his way into the parts manager position in January of 2006. Ernie and his wife of twenty-one years Carolyn live right here in Hamburg, PA. Ernie is also the proud owner of a "spoiled" three year old German Shorthair named Buddy.
Ernie is a graduate of Kutztown High School, Penn State University and Edinboro State College. Prior to working in the car business Ernie says "he enjoyed life". Actually he worked in the printing industry for over sixteen years.
While not at work Ernie enjoys many different types of hunting. Just this year he brought home a 220 lb black bear.

Bob is another long tenured Schlenker family member putting in twenty-seven years here. Believe it or not Bob actually remembers what he did before he worked for us, he was an Asst. Manager for a movie theater. Bob lives in Reading, PA.
Bob is a graduate of Central Catholic High School and Temple University. When he's not working, Bob likes to attend sporting events.

Jesse joined the Schlenker family in the summer of 2006. He brings ten years experience to us and does a very good job making sure our customers vehicles are standing tall. Jesse and his wife Deborah call Hamburg home. Jesse's son Jesse III and his wife April have made him the proud grandfather of Cohen and Ella.
When Jesse is not at work he enjoys working on cars at home, water sports, and hanging out with his grandchildren.

Brian was born and raised in Landingville, Pa. where he serves as President of the Community Fire Co. He graduated from Schuylkill Haven Area High School and went to work for Heritage Ford Inc. right after graduation where he spent 30 years in the parts department until closing in December of 2007. Brian started working for Schlenker Ford in March of 2008.
Brian and his wife Lisa live in Lake Wynonah with their three children, 2 girls and 1 boy. Maryann ,19, is a graduate of Schuylkill Haven and is currently attending Penn State Schuylkill, Paula, 18, is a senior at Schuylkill Haven and will graduate in June 2008, and will enter the Air Force after graduation. Jason, 11, attends Schuylkill Haven Middle School and is currently in sixth grade. They also have 2 cats "Snoopy" and "Spice" and a 1 year old black lab named "Abbie".
When not working Brian enjoys spending time with his family, jet skiing, water skiing, snowmobiling, and 4 wheeling. He also likes to spend time at their hunting cabin in Lycoming County.
Brian enjoys the Schlenker family atmosphere and customer oriented dealership and friendly coworkers.
